When you claim a spot you purchase a right to the cards assigned to that spot under the break format listed on the board. Random-team, division, and mixer assignments are final once the published draw completes. Draft selections are final when called on stream. Auction lots settle at the hammer paid by the high bidder. Pick-your-team, pick-your-player, and personal spots are final at checkout.
Breaks are entertainment products with inherent checklist variance. Chase lists are examples, not guarantees. Sealed product is opened live; we do not guarantee specific hits, grades, or secondary-market values.
On dual or multi-player cards featuring different teams, the player pictured on the left of the card face is the deciding break — that franchise’s spot receives the card. The same rule applies to dual autographs and dual relics. Same-team duals stay with that franchise. Hit-random prize cards follow the published shuffle (Seat 1 wins), not this left-side rule.
Spots are reserved when checkout completes. Hold-to-combine requests follow the shipping policy (up to 45 days). Silence after 72 hours on a hold window means we ship.
Harassment in chat, chargeback abuse after a completed fair draw, or attempts to game multi-spot entry lists can result in cancelled future claims and account blocks.
