If the break has not gone live and your spot is still marked sold only in our system, email us to cancel. We release the seat and refund the spot price plus unused shipping.
No refunds for checklist variance, “cold” teams, missed streams, dual-player left-side assignments, or finishing outside Seat 1 on a hit-random shuffle. The product is the live break experience plus cards assigned under the published format and proof page.
Buying a seat enters a published multi-pass shuffle for a single prize card. Seat 1 wins that card. Seats 2–N are paid entries for the draw — not a consolation pile unless the break listing says otherwise.
If we cancel (damaged case, no-fill, schedule conflict), every paid spot is refunded in full. Optional: transfer credit to another board.
Photograph the outer package and affected cards within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged hits or refund the estimated card value for that piece — not the whole break.
Reply to the pile-photo email before we pack. After ship, we investigate with stream replay and sort notes; proven misses are made right.
